Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement. Please note that in some cases, we may request that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. If this is necessary, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you enjoy your purchase.
